Health & Safety Coordinator

We are looking for a Health & Safety Coordinator to lead workplace safety, fire safety compliance, and staff training across its production site.

Key Duties

Develop and maintain H&S and fire safety policies

Conduct risk assessments, audits & investigations

Deliver safety training & induction programmes

Manage fire safety procedures and drills

What You’ll Need

NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) – Fire Safety knowledge essential

3+ years’ H&S experience in a manufacturing setting

Solid knowledge of UK H&S and fire safety regulations

Strong communication & problem-solving skills
