We are looking for a talented Mechanical Design Engineer with a passion for innovation and precision engineering. The successful candidate must have 3–5+ years of experience in CAD SolidWorks, industrial sheet metal design, and fabrication, with proven hands-on experience producing weld fixtures for automation.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and build weld fixtures to support automated production systems
- Design and develop sheet metal components and assemblies using SolidWorks

Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure designs meet quality and efficiency standards

Continuously improve designs to optimize performance, cost, and manufacturability
Full time work (Monday to Friday).
Company based in Littlehampton.
