A well-known local garden centre café is looking for a friendly Front of House team member to join our busy café.
9am-5pm (5 days out of 7,weekends on rota system).
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and ensure excellent customer experiences
- Serve food and drinks.
- Take orders and ensure accurate entry and processing through.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
- Work efficiently under pressure during peak service hours
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
- Previous experience in front of house service essential
