We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to support the daily operations of the Human Resources department.

The HR Administrator will provide support with various HR tasks ,which include policies, procedures, and processes in relation to management of employees ,recruitment ,training and development and performance monitoring.

The successful candidate must have:-

HR administrator experience.

Educated to CIPD Level 3 (advantage).

Employment law knowledge .

Experience using HRIS.

Strong computer proficiency

Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.

39 Hours per week.

Monday to Thursday 7:55-16:35, Fridays 07:55-13:35.

Temp to perm position.

Bognor Regis company.
