Flower nursery operator

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join local Flower Nursery Operative team.

This hands-on role is ideal for people who enjoy working outdoors, have an interest in plants, and can work well in a busy environment.

Duties:

• Potting, planting, spacing, and watering plants
• Monitoring plant health and reporting any issues such as pests, disease, or irrigation needs
• Preparing customer and wholesale orders
• Packing, labelling, and loading plants for dispatch
• General nursery maintenance, including weeding, tidying greenhouses, and cleaning work areas
• Operating basic nursery equipment (full training provided)

Working Hours:
Hours may vary depending on orders, typically between 7:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime available.
