We are looking for an experienced, diligent, and enthusiastic assembly & packing operative.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling products, packing, and supporting other operational areas as required.This role requires a high level of attention to detail, good physical fitness, and a strong commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities

Assemble products accurately, including fitting wiring harnesses into finished products

Carry out packing duties to required standards

Use hand tools, equipment, and assembly fixtures safely and effectively

Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet high-quality standards

Maintain a clean and organised working area

Support other departments when required, including assisting the paint spraying team

Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements

Full UK driving licence (car driver essential)

Willingness to work in different areas of the site as needed
- Have good hand eye coordination and used to working with hand/electric tools.
Monday to Friday 8am-16:30, £12.21 per hour to start on.
