You will be required to manage the efficient running of the catering on a day to day basis deputising as Assistant manager.
Support the sourcing ,buying,negotiation,pricing and promotion of the catering offer.
Planning rota,manage breaks ,absences,sickness.
To proactively serve and help customers in need of assistance,resolving queries/complaints.
Additional requirements:-
Previous experience managing Restaurant minimum 2 years.
Food Hygiene certificate Level 2.
First Aid.
Personal Licence
Monday to Sunday ( 5days out of 7 on rota base ) 8:30-17:00.
This is initially temp to perm position
