Flower Nursery Operative (2026 season)

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Flower Nursery Operatives for the 2026 growing season.

This hands-on role is perfect for those who enjoy working outdoors, have an interest in horticulture, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

Potting, planting, spacing, and watering bedding plants, Monitoring plant health and reporting issues (pests, disease, irrigation needs)
Preparing customer and wholesale orders.
 Packing, labelling, and loading plants for dispatch.
 General nursery maintenance: weeding, tidying greenhouses, cleaning work areas.
Operating basic nursery equipment (training provided).

Working hours and days may vary depending on orders (7am-5pm) Monday to Friday + OT
